Holly Ferguson is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Magazine 6000, as well as an arts enthusiast. She works full-time as a Content Developer, creating a range of media assets, including podcasts and videos. Her passion for Boorloo’s vibrant arts scene inspired her to start Magazine 6000, providing a platform for emerging and established writers to cover the arts. Prior to founding the magazine and taking on her current role, Holly worked as a radio journalist for ABC (South West, Kimberley, and Pilbara) and has produced television content for Channel Seven, Channel Nine, and SBS. Her journalism career began at Edith Cowan University, where she wrote for the student magazine Dircksey before becoming its Editor-in-Chief for two years (2017-18). She also hosts two podcasts, What’s on Your Feed and The Leadership Journey, and is an authorised civil celebrant.
