Holly Ferguson is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Magazine 6000 and an arts enthusiast. She works full time as a Content Developer, creating a range of media assets from podcasts to videos. A passion for Boorloo’s vibrant arts scene led Holly to start Magazine 6000 as a vessel to cover the arts, while offering a platform for emerging and established writers. Prior to starting the magazine, and her current role, Holly was a radio journalist for the ABC (South-West, Kimberley and Pilbara) and has produced television work for Channel Seven, Channel Nine and SBS. Her journalism career began at Edith Cowan University, writing for the student magazine Dircksey before becoming the publication’s Editor-in-Chief for two years (2017-18). She is the host of two podcasts (What’s on Your Feed and The Leadership Journey) and is an authorised civil celebrant.
